Overview
The Challenge: Multiple organizations supporting labor migrants operated within a single building at the Lokaal Informatiepunt (Kempstraat 23, 2572 GA Den Haag), but there was no centralized system to manage room bookings and workspace availability. This resulted in daily confusion, double bookings, and inefficient use of limited resources. The Solution: I developed LokaalPlanner, a modern web application that provides real-time visibility into room availability, enables efficient booking management, and supports both private rooms and shared workspace reservations. The system eliminated scheduling conflicts and brought clarity to daily operations.
