Elite Decoration's storefront ran on Shopify, with ongoing platform fees, limited control over the backend, and no automation. I built a fully custom webshop and CMS from scratch to replace it, with automated discounts, automated review requests, and automated SEO content generation powered by the Claude API. Beyond development, I took over growth for the business: running Meta ad campaigns and leading SEO strategy.

Several organizations supporting labor migrants shared one building with no system for booking rooms. Double-bookings and confusion happened daily. I built LokaalPlanner, a progressive web app with real-time availability for private rooms and shared workspace reservations.
Small businesses have no way to see how AI chatbots like ChatGPT or Perplexity talk about them. Competitors get recommended instead, often without the business noticing. Cited tracks mentions, recommendations, ranking position, and citations across AI assistants, then turns the data into a visibility score businesses act on.
A mattress and bedroom furniture retailer wanted a fully custom webshop, not a generic template, with Dutch payment methods like iDEAL instead of card-only checkout. I built the storefront, checkout, and admin CMS from scratch, with push notifications to bring customers back and privacy-friendly analytics.
WooCommerce ran the storefront fine, but gave the business no real tooling for the back office. Orders, customers, discounts, and shipping all required manual work. I built a separate custom CRM and admin backend alongside the existing WordPress storefront, with an AI-powered CSV importer planned next to speed up adding products.
Freelancers needed a fast way to create a compliant Dutch invoice. Most tools require a signup or a subscription for something used a few times a month. Factuur Maker is free and needs no account. It builds a BTW, KVK, and IBAN-compliant invoice and exports it as a PDF in minutes.
A certified piano teacher with 26 years of experience had no web presence to match her background. Word of mouth carried the business alone. I designed and built a clean site presenting her lesson options for kids, adults, groups, and online students, leading straight to a free trial lesson request.
The business needed a market-ready brand it did not have yet, plus software to run on. Job seekers and employers needed a real matching system, not a static listing page. I designed the full brand identity and built the platform end to end, including an admin and invoicing module.
A car repair shop in Alphen aan den Rijn worked only with phone-based appointments, with no online booking and no backend of its own. I built a fully custom platform from scratch: a public site plus a dedicated admin panel, with an appointment module and SEO optimization.

A one-person nail studio ran bookings through WhatsApp and phone calls. Double-bookings and lost messages happened often. I built a full booking platform instead, with live availability, guest or account checkout, and a concurrency-safe engine blocking double-booking at the database level. The admin side runs as a PWA with day, week, and month calendars, automated email reminders, and a points-based loyalty program.
A Syrian restaurant in Amsterdam-Noord needed to show up for people searching locally for Syrian food, with the menu, halal status, and opening hours clear at a glance. I built a fast, SEO-considered site with the menu, location, and hours front and center.
An auto detailing studio needed a page built to convert visitors into bookings, not a plain list of services. I built a landing page around one clear action: call or message on WhatsApp. Interior and exterior detailing, polishing, and scratch removal each lead back to the same button.

A photographer needed to update a portfolio and manage bookings without calling a developer every time, with no way to see how people found the site. I built a self-manageable admin area with login protection, Cloudinary for fast image delivery, and Google Analytics integration for real traffic data.
Customers had to call or message for every shipping quote to Syria and the Middle East, with no visible pricing and no way to track a shipment afterward. I built a 6-step shipping calculator with live pricing, Stripe and iDEAL checkout, an Auth0-secured admin dashboard, and a customer portal for tracking by email and entry ID.
I needed a studio brand that shows the kind of work it offers directly: distinctive design and motion, not a generic agency template. I designed and built the full identity, the animated interactions, and the site structure myself.
Home cooks wanted a simple place to find, save, and share recipes without the clutter of large recipe sites. I built a React app backed by Firebase for user accounts and content storage, with the experience focused on browsing and sharing dishes.
